Winter Shape Up 2015: Week 4

Is it really the last week of Winter Shape Up? I can’t even believe it; it’s gone by wayyy too quickly! Thank you again to all of you for making this such a fun challenge, and for cheering each other along the way. We still have 6 days to crush it! Let’s finish with the same intensity that we started with. Even if you didn’t follow the plan, maybe try one of this week’s workouts to see how you like it, and maybe you’ll be able to join in the fun for summer. If you’re sad to see it come to an end, remember that you can repeat the program to make it an 8-week plan.

  7. I’m a day behind, so I’ll do wo#2 and 3 tomorrow…got my steady state done today.

  8. I took Friday off, did a 3 mile run yesterday, and I’m about to get on with workouts #2 and 3! I think I’m definitely going to repeat these last four weeks…thank you sooo much for creating these plans!

  9. WO update: Off on Thursday, steady state on Friday, and Body Pump AND Body Combat yesterday. Body Pump #87 – Love that one! My core is super sore from Combat since I have not taken it in over a month and I put some power in my punches, so today will not be a hardcore day.

  10. Forgot to Check in for Friday! busy with friends visiting, but Friday did workout#4 from 2014 winter shape up! still love that one!!

  11. Saturday was the first full rest day for me this week!

  12. I took Saturday as a rest day and used today to complete my 30-minute steady state workout instead. I rode my trainer for 45 minutes, then met up with a friend for a 2-hour hike. It was a productive day and a great way to close out the Winter Shape Up!

  16. Didn’t officially work out but I busted my rear cooking and getting ready for my academy awards party!
