Winter Shape Up 2018: Week 2
Hi friends! Welcome to Week 2 of this yearโs challenge! While I look forward to putting together the workouts for you during each Shape Up (and filming the videos!) the best part by far is the community that it creates. Itโs pretty incredible to see women (and dudes!) all over the world, cheering each other on and supporting everyoneโs fitness goals. Our Facebook group has been a blast so far, and Iโm excited to pop in with a couple of surprise Live Workouts along the way. Itโs not too late to join in the fun if youโd like to Shape Up with us! Took a rest day on Monday and did a tempo+steady state run today: 1hour total with legs stil sore from Sunday barre workout !
Today I managed a brisk walk before the kids woke up! Yay for Fabletics!
Glad itโs a rest/gentle day! Toddler got up at 530 :/ hoping our warm weather stays around for a walk!
Feeling under the weather today, but since my alarm was already set, I made it to my normal Tuesday kickboxing class anyway. I feel marginally better after making it through class – lets hope it lasts!
Bootcamp and barre yesterday!
Did WO#1 this morning and hoping to get WO#3 later today. I’m a sweaty mess! We’re definitely doing more than 3 rounds each in that video!
Steady state running for 35 minutes yesterday on my lunch break. It was a beautiful chilly winter day in Phoenix!

Had to switch all the days of the workouts around a bit this week, workouts #2 and #4 completed today!

Iโm actually in training for a marathon so Iโm just doing those workouts … so hope thatโs okay. Strength workout this morning followed up by a track workout with 3 miles of spring intervals along with warm-up and cool down miles.

I just love WO #1! Completed that plus my daily PT workout.
Today I did Workout #1 and Workout #6. I swear I forget about my chest and abs until shape up comes around. Then they both are like WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!
I got 45 mins of steady cardio in today!
I did about 45 minutes of spinning. I love when they have a good playlist = )
Workout was a good one and Iโm sure Iโll feel it tomorrow
Fighting off this head cold and can’t breathe very well so cardio is out. But movement still feels OK so I got in some mobility work this morning and a little bit of strength.
Yoga today! You’ve totally inspired me!
wow! workouts #1 and #3 were a great combo! finished those up with a quick yoga stretch and meditation.

Wednesday AM workout complete – Hour of Power Spin Class. There were so many reasons to not go this morning but once I got out of bed and got there I was glad I did. Now if I want to I can go home right after work.
